SCROLL TO INSPECT ↓
// 02SUB-ASSEMBLYTOP OF ENGINE
Two preburners spin two independent turbopumps — one rich in oxygen, one rich in methane. Both feed the main combustion chamber at temperatures the metal should not, by any reasonable metric, survive.
// 03SUB-ASSEMBLYCOMBUSTION CHAMBER
Inside the chamber, methane and oxygen burn at 300 bar — three hundred times atmospheric. The walls survive because we machine regenerative cooling channels through the copper-alloy liner; cold fuel runs through the wall before it ever sees the flame.
// 04SUB-ASSEMBLYNOZZLE BELL
From below, the bell looks like a cathedral. Sea-level expansion ratio is set so the exit pressure matches atmospheric at lift-off — perfectly tuned, the exhaust column stands rigid as a column of glass.
// 05PROGRAMPRODUCTION LINE
Same casting, same chamber. Different bells, different missions. Lead time from order to hot-fire is 14 weeks.
