//01 THE COLLECTION
A sculptural ring trilogy, cast in real metal — chrome, gold, and iridescent rose — photographed in the same studio for two years.

//02 PIECE I — Aequinox
A study in mirrored steel — the band is a single twisted helix, a closed Mobius held in tension. Wear it on the equinox.
Cast in 316L marine chrome and hand-polished over forty hours, Aequinox is what happens when you ask a sculptor to make a ring without ever drawing one. The result reads like architecture from a meter away and like a wedding band from an inch.
//03 PIECE II — Soliel
Twenty-two carat gold, drawn into a halo that reads warm against any skin tone. The face is a single uncut stone seat — left empty, on purpose.
A patron commissions the centre stone — rose-cut, brilliant, or empty as it ships. Soliel was made to be finished by its wearer; the price is for the gold, not the gemstone.
//04 PIECE III — Verre
An iridescent rose finish over titanium — the only piece in the trilogy that changes colour as you turn your hand. Reads coral by daylight, mauve by candlelight.
Verre is the experimental piece. The PVD process used for the iridescent finish takes nine days and yields four rings of every six attempted. We retire any that cannot hold the gradient between coral and mauve. The remainder bear no maker’s mark.
//05 COMMISSION
Asylum does not publish a price list. A piece begins with a letter — sometimes a sketch on tracing paper, sometimes a photograph of a hand — and is finished, twelve months later, by hand in our studio. There are three ways to begin.
A sample. A 1:1 resin reproduction of any of the trilogy, posted within a week. Modest in cost, fully credited against any future piece, and intended for those who want to feel the weight of an idea before committing to the metal.
An atelier piece. A ring from the trilogy in your metal — chrome, gold, or iridescent rose — sized, cast, engraved on the inner band with a line of your choosing, numbered against the edition of thirty-six, and archived under your name in the catalogue.
A bespoke. A piece designed for one wearer — begun with a meeting in the studio, the casting witnessed in person, the polish carried out over forty hours by the maker. Photographed in black and white for the next catalogue.
Antwerp on Tuesdays. Paris on Saturdays. The atelier replies, by hand, within a fortnight. From €840 (sample) to commissions in the high five figures.
